3 Steps to Setting Up New FIOS Service

  1. You speak to the rep on the phone. They have you speak to a “third party” to confirm you REALLY want to change your phone service.
  2. They call you back 3 times to go through the same procedure, until you tell them if they call again, you’ll cancel the service.
  3. You schedule the service call for Saturday. They reschedule it for Monday without calling you.
